According to a statement on their website, Billy Hyde Stage Systems is now an independent company, with Soundwave/Harvest Backline Manager, Billy Hibben, announced as national manager.

CX has also reported that Clementine Music, which is owned by Madjo Enterprises and controlled by AJ Maddah, who runs the hugely popular Soundwave and Harvest festivals, bought the backline rental business last week.
In late August, it was announced that Billy Hyde Music had gone into receivership. However, their Stage Systems branch confirmed at the time that it did not include them and that they would continue to trade as normal.
Soundwave is an annual music festival held in major cities around Australia. It features a number of international and Australian music acts, from various genres including rock, metal and punk.
