Status Quo drummer John Coghlan will tour Australia with his own band he is calling John Coghlan’s Quo, as you guessed it, it is 100% Status Quo songs.
Coghlan what was then called The Spectres in 1963. The Spectres became Status Quo in 1967.
In 1968, Status Quo released ‘Pictures of Matchstick Men’. It peaked at no 12 in the USA and became their only hit ever in America.
