Once upon a time, in the late-60’s, former Buffalo Springfield member Stephen Stills became romantically involved for a couple of years with folk singer Judy Collins. The breakup of that romance was the basis for the now classic Crosby, Stills and Nash song Suite: Judy Blue Eyes.
This coming summer, Stills and Collins will get back together, professionally, for a brand new album and a tour.
There is not a lot of information available on the album, although word is that it is for a summer release which would make sense based on the dates of their tour. The trek starts on July 26 in Highland Park, IL and runs through September 6 in San Diego, CA.
Expect to hear much of the music from the new album and favorites from both artist’s catalogs.
