Shawn Colvin and Steve Earle will tour together in March in what is being called Songs and Stories: Together on Stage.
The two singers will trade stories and swap songs, with a few duets, during each of the shows. Along with music from their own extensive catalogs, Colvin and Earle will perform some of their favorite songs written by others.
Shawn Colvin has released eight studio albums over her twenty-five year recording career including the 1996 classic A Few Small Repairs which produced the Grammy winning Record and Song of the Year Sunny Came Home.
Steve Earle has produced thirteen studio albums over twenty-eight years and hit the country top ten with Guitar Town (1986 / #7 Country / #20 Mainstream Rock) and Goodbye’s All We Got Left (1987 / #8 Country).
