Stevie Nicks has given the world an update on Fleetwood Mac bandmate John McVie via a new interview with Us Magazine.
When asked about how John was doing, she said “He’s good. He’s got his treatment, and now he did a show on the 30th and 31st, another tomorrow night, then he has surgery next week. He’s good. He’s gonna be fine. I’m not the least bit worried about John. He’s very, very strong and a man of very few words. He’s not a person to mess with.”
While we don’t know the exact date of the original interview, it could be assumed that McVie’s surgery has happened or will happen later this week.
Nicks also talked about a possible biopic of her life. “That’s not going to happen, because I don’t want it to happen. I don’t want a movie about me until I’m very, very old — when I’m very, very old, everybody that wants to play me will be middle-aged. It’s up to me to decide.”
