Stevie Wonder will bring a complete performance of his classic album Songs in the Key of Life to eleven arenas around North America.

Songs in the Key of Life was Wonder’s third Grammy winning Album of the Year that he took home over a four year period (Innervisions, 1974; Fulfillingness’ First Finale, 1975; Songs, 1977). A double album, a separate four-song EP was included in the package to bring the full track count to 21 tracks. The album has received a Diamond Award from the RIAA for sales of over 10,000,000 copies.

Wonder dabbled in performing the whole album last December for his House Full of Toys Benefit in Los Angeles. Instead of playing the album straight through, he interrupted the performance at the point where the original vinyl LP would have been flipped and inserted one of the four songs from the EP.

In total, five songs charted from Songs in the Key of Life:

I Wish (1976 / #1 Pop / #1 R&B / #23 Adult Contemporary)
Isn’t She Lovely? (1976 / #23 Adult Contemporary)
Sir Duke (1977 / #1 Pop / #1 R&B / #3 Adult Contemporary)
Another Star (1977 / #32 Pop / #18 R&B / #29 Adult Contemporary)
As (1977 / #36 Pop / #36 R&B / #24 Adult Contemporary)
