Stone Temple Pilots ‘Purple’ will be given an upgrade for its 25th anniversary. The new edition will be a three disc set with the original album, a disc of demos and a live album recorded in 1994.
The first hit song from the album was ‘Big Empty’. Here is the new acoustic version.
The album also generated the singles ‘Vasoline’, ‘Interstate Love Song’, ‘Unglued’ and ‘Pretty Penny’.
‘Purple’ was the second Stone Temple Pilots albums. It sold over 6 million copies in America
