Susan Boyle has recorded a cover of Depeche Mode’s ‘Enjoy The Silence’.

Surprised? So were Depeche Mode. At their official website they write, “On paper, the idea sounds pretty scary to your average Depeche Mode fan. When actually, there has been way worse cover versions of this one. Make your own mind up.”

Susan’s version will appear on her next album ‘Someone To Watch Over Me’. The album also features Tears For Fears ‘Mad World’ and Paolo Nutini’s ‘Autumn Leaves’ as well as more obvious covers like ‘Someone To Watch Over Me’, ‘Unchained Melody’ and ‘Both Sides Now.’

Susan’s album will be released in November.
