SXSW registrants, showcasing acts and anyone considering heading to Austin for SXSW are invited to attend the Meet N Greet information night in Sydney and Melbourne next Tuesday.

The free event is designed to give you a few tips about SXSW and meet up with other Australians who will attend.
The Meet N Greet is for Music, Film and Interactive participants.
The details are:
MELBOURNE: Tuesday February 12 5 pm-7 pm Through the good graces of the Corner Hotel (57 Swan Street in Richmond where we have held film nights and seminars in the past), our free event starts at 5 pm and rolls through to 7pm or longer and no RSVP is required. The session is hosted by media company Noise 11 whose head producer, Paul Cashmere, will reveal Austin secrets, survival tips and other vital info valuable for first timers and veterans alike. We’ll have a few other speakers chip in too.
SYDNEY: Tuesday February 12 6 pm-8 pm Our hosts for this evening are The Vanguard at 42 King Street in Newtown where we held events on SXSW in the past and our official travel agent, Brad Thomas of Entertainment Travel Managers. From 6 pm to 8 pm or so, Brad will give tips and introduce some veterans of SXSW who will pass on their wisdom on how to make the most of it. No RSVP required.
