Owens has been officially charged with two counts of capital murder which under Texan law is punishable by death penalty.
It has now been revealed that one of the victims of the tragedy was 35 year old Steven Craenmehr from The Netherlands. Craenmehr was the creative director for MassiveMusic and visiting Austin for the SXSW music conference.
