Hyped Sydney neo-folk act Georgia Fair have organised an intimate Melbourne album launch.
The band released their debut album All Through Winter last week following months of positive buzz about their live shows alongside Washington, Lisa Mitchell and The Panics.
Jordan Wilson and Ben Riley brought their supple acoustic folk pop tunes to the mountains of North Carolina to record with Band Of Horses bassist and producer Bill Reynolds.
Reynolds is quoted as saying, “”It’s once in a blue moon that I come across a group with such great harmonies and great songs. I knew I had to find a way to work with them”.
So it was done. Georgia Fair’s album All Through Winter is out now. The first single is ‘Where You Been?’. And they’ll launch it in Melbourne in an intimate show at The Toff In Town on Wednesday 16 November.
Tickets are available on the door, and while you wait, check out the clip for ‘Where You Been?’ below.
