Taron Egerton and Elton John Perform at Greek Theatre Screening of Rocketman: Live In Concert

‘Rocketman’ star Taron Edgeton joined Sir Elton John on stage at the Greek Theatre Los Angeles for the one-night only ‘Rocketman: Live In Concert’ with the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra on Thursday 17 October 2019.

The performance featured the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra performing live to the movie playing on three big screens.

Taron and Elton performed the finale ‘(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again’ and ‘Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me’. ‘(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again’ is the new song Elton and Bernie wrote for the movie.

The finale included appearances from Elton’s songwriting partner Bernie Taupin, who introduced his on-screen actor Jaime Bell, Bryce Dallas Howard, who played Elton’s mother in the movie, Giles Martin, the film’s musical director and John Beal, the Principal Conductor of the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra.
