Ted Nugent has hit a major milestone in his touring career. At 65, he has played his 6,500th live show.

Nugent hit the mark on Saturday night at the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, MI just outside of his hometown of Detroit. The Rockets and Brownsville Station opened.

Ted is touring behind his new album, Shutup&Jam!, but he knows what the crowd wants to hear and limited music from the set to just the title cut. Instead, twelve of the fifteen songs in the set were from his first three studio albums, including over half of his self-titled debut.
