Tex Perkins Sentenced To Third Term In Old Melbourne Gaol

by Paul Cashmere on July 14, 2016

in Live,News

Tex Perkins will serve a third term performing ‘Far From Folsom’, the songs of Johnny Cash, at Old Melbourne Gaol.

‘Far From Folsom’, a concept to take Tex Perkins performing the songs of Johnny Cash into decommissioned prisons around Australia, is the brain-child of Regional Touring boss Duane McDonald, the man behind the Red Hot Summer and One Electric Day festivals.

The ‘Far From Folsom’ show has been incredibly well received, especially in Melbourne, where Tex Perkins will now play a third show on 30 October.
