The Avalanches performed their first show with a sample fuelled three-song set at Primavera Sound in Spain on Friday night.
The Primavera gig was the first performance for The Avalanches since their 2011’s one-off Vivid Live appearance in Sydney. You have to go back to Golden Plains 2007 Meredith appearance for the one before that.
The setlist was listed as:
Frontier Psychiatrist (from Since I Left You, 2000)
Frankie Sinatra (From Wildflower, 2016)
Subways (From Wildflower, 2016)
In this past week The Avalanches unveiled details of their first album in 16 years ‘Wildflower’.
A video for the lead song ‘Frankie Sinatra was released on Friday.
