The Beasts, Tex Perkins new incarnation of The Beasts of Bourbon, will have Dallas Crane, The Johnnys and The Painkillers opening their 2019 shows.

Tex decided to drop the full name after the loss of members Brian Hooper and Spencer P. Jones during 2018. Spencer played on one track on the record but Brian sadly was too ill for the sessions at the time the rolled around. Tex felt that with Spencer on every track, its not The Beasts of Bourbon.

The Beast 2019 are Charlie Owen, Boris Sujdovic, Tony Pola, Kim Salmon and Tex Perkins. Like The Beasts Facebook page

Cyndi Lauper’s Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Tour Is The End Of The Era #REVIEW

I still remember the CBS guy delivering Cyndi Lauper’s debut album ‘She’s So Unusual’ to EON-FM, the radio station I was working at in 1983. ‘She’s So Unusual’ was released on 14 October 1983, the same day as Lionel Richie’s ‘Can’t Slow Down’ and The Jam’s greatest hits album ‘Snap!’. It came out in the same week as Culture Club’s ‘Color By Numbers’. Those were the days when something important was happening every week with new music.
