The Brand New Heavies To Tour Australia

90s acid jazz pioneers The Brand New Heavies are celebrating 30 years of groove with a world tour in 2020.

The band’s 1990 self-titled debut spawned the funky hit single Never Stop, which reached no. 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Their career was splattered with a multitude of hits that saw them never far away from a groove-focused radio station.

Their latest album TBNH sounds like classic Brand New Heavies, with a different collaboration on each track. Artists that make an appearance include Beverly Knight, Angie Stone and Mark Ronson.
