Brisbane metal band The Brave will head out on tour in August in support of their second album ‘Aura’.

Taking ‘Aura’ on the road is a very exciting prospect for us. To demonstrate these songs in the setting we envisioned when writing the album is, in a nutshell, why we play music,” says the band of the tour announcement.

“We are continually striving to enhance the live experience of our music, and better ourselves as musicians along the way. This album tour will encompass the accumulation of over a year of preparation and growth as a band – with a live performance and atmosphere to match.”

The Brave tour dates

Friday August 2 – Newport Hotel, Fremantle
Saturday August 3 – Amplifier Bar, Perth
Friday August 9 – Stay Gold, Melbourne
Saturday August 10 – Enigma Bar, Adelaide
Friday August 16 – Factory Floor, Sydney
Saturday August 17 – The Brightside, Brisbane
