The Osbournes Are Starting A Podcast

Don’t be looking for more scenes of throwing hams over their back wall or their dogs doing their business in the mansion. The Osbournes are NOT returning to reality TV.

They are, however, about to launch a short run podcast that will run for ten weeks starting March 5.

The four original members, Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack, will be talking about the current state of the family and bringing in special guests including comedian Sheryl Underwood and Wilson Phillips singer and TV host Carnie Wilson, both associates of Sharon’s on CBS’ The Talk.

Jack Osbourne said “There’s been talk about bringing The Osbournes back, but it would never work. I thought, ‘Well, this is probably the next best thing.’ Everyone is really open and honest about a lot of things. It’s pretty candid.”

Word is that a few other regulars from the reality show will be appearing including nanny Big Dave and Melinda Varga.

Of course, the Osbournes have been very active since their original show went off the air in 2005. Ozzy reunited with Black Sabbath and put on their final tour and is now going out for his final solo tour. Sharon has been a co-host on CBS’s The Talk since it went on the air. Kelly has worked for E! and other outlets while Jack, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012, has hosted his own show and currently co-stars with his father on the History Channel series Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour.
