The Rolling Stones have released a lyric video for ‘2000 Light Years From Home’ from their 1967 album ‘Their Satanic Majesties Request’.

Their Satanic Majesties Request’, arguably the worst or one of the best Stones album (fans are divided), was first released on 8 December 1967, almost 59 years ago.

The album is about to be released packaged with both the original Mono and Stereo versions for the very first time.

This original lyric video was directed by Lucy Dawkins and Tom Readdy at Yes Please Productions.

A new hand-numbered, limited edition set will feature the classic album’s restored original lenticular cover, 180-gram vinyl and hybrid SACD versions of both audiophile mono and stereo mixes. The bespoke fold out package also includes a 20-page book with an essay from Grammy award winning music historian Rob Bowman and rare photos from Michael Cooper’s cover shoot.

‘Their Satanic Majesties Request’ treated Bill Wyman to his first and only ever Rolling Stones A-Side ‘In Another Land’.

The album did have one saving grace with the classic ‘She’s A Rainbow’.

The new addition of ‘Their Satanic Majesties Request’ will be released on 22 September 2017.
