The Rolling Stones have uploaded a new video to their YouTube page to thanks Australia and New Zealand for the good time on the recent tour.

“Thank you to everyone who came to see us on the Australia and New Zealand leg of the 14 ON FIRE tour,” the Stones posted with the video.

“What a way to end the tour in Australia and New Zealand,” Mick Jagger says in the video. “We’ve been coming to Australia and New Zealand for almost 50 years. It is fantastic to come back.”

“It’s a great place to play and the other great thing about Australia and New Zealand is that its summer when its winter at home,” added Keith Richards.

“It’s a lot warmer than in England at the moment,” said Charlie Watts.

Although Keith Richards was quoted as saying the band would play South America in early 2015, so far no Stones activity has been scheduled for this year.

The Stones played their last show of the 14 On Fire tour in Auckland, New Zealand on November 22, 2014.
