The Rolling Stones To Release New Blues Album TOMORROW/Thursday?

The Rolling Stones have posted a cryptic video teasing the possible new blues album as early as tomorrow (Thursday October 6).

While the blues album was all but confirmed its arrival date had been kept a secret.

In the 10 second video is titled ‘The Rolling Stones – Coming October 6’ and the musical piece is already indexed in Shazam as ‘Just Your Fool’.

‘Just A Fool’ is a 1953 Rhythm & Blues standard originally written and recorded by bandleader Buddy Johnson & his Orchestra.

Cyndi Lauper covered the song with Charlie Musselwhite on her 2010 album ‘Memphis Blues’

The Rolling Stones album is expected to feature covers of classic Chicago blues.

The last Rolling Stones studio album was ‘A Bigger Bang’ in 2005. Since then The Stones have also released the new songs ‘One More Shot’ and ‘Doom and Gloom’ on the 2012 compilation ‘GRRR’.
