The Waifs new song ‘6000 Miles’ is about the distance between Perth, Western Australia and Utah in the USA.
The song is the first taste of the upcoming 7th album by The Waifs ‘Beautiful You’, the band’s first album in four years.
The last three Waifs albums have all been top 10 successes. ‘Up All Night’ from 2003 peaked at no 3 and sold triple platinum status. ‘Sun Dirt Water’ in 2007 peaked at no 2 and ‘Temptation’ in 2011 also reached no 3.
‘Beautiful You’ will be released on August 14, 2015.
