Perennially popular for their song I Know What Boys Like, the rest of the Waitresses’ catalog has been long unavailable.

Omnivore will fix that situation on September 24 with the release of Just Desserts: The Complete Waitresses.

The band was together for six years but only had minor recording success in 1982 and 1983 with the albums Wan’t Tomorrow Wonderful? (1982 / #41) and Bruiseology (1983 / #155) and the EP I Could Rule the World If I Could Get the Parts (1982 / #128). All three of those albums are included, in their entirety, on the set along with rarities Hangover 1/1/83, which was the b-side of the single Christmas Wrappings, an alternate version of the title track from Bruiseology and two remixes of Bread and Butter from the EP.

The album was co-produced by Grammy winner Bill Levenson and the group’s Chris Butler.
