Mike Scott of The Waterboys will read from his new book ‘Adventures of a Waterboy’ at Readings in Carlton tonight from 6pm.

Scott’s autobiography tells his story from the early days in Scotland through to the international success of The Waterboys, New York and beyond.
“I was six or seven when I noticed the music in my head. It was there in the classroom, on the football pitch, at the dinner table, when I went to sleep and when I woke up. And it’s continued ever since,” he writes in the book.
Mike Scott will be at Readings, Carlton, Victoria from 6pm this evening (January 15).
The Waterboys first ever Australian and New Zealand tour will begin in Brisbane in January 19.
