The White Stripes are offering two “markedly different” versions of previously released tracks on vinyl.
This is all part of Jack White’s Third Man Records ‘Vault’ series, where subscribers get a hodge podge of oddities and rarities sent out to them.
If you sign up to the latest package, you’ll get the third, triple-album entry in their Singles Collection, on coloured vinyl with a fold-out poster that lines up with previous entries.
You’ll also get a light-sensitive colour-changing tee-shirt of the Third Man Records logo.
But the most sought-after part of the package will be a 7-inch record of two White Stripes songs – ‘Dead Leaves’ and ‘Let’s Build A Home’ – recorded during the sessions for their self-titled debut in 1999.
These versions are promised to be “markedly different’ to the versions that ended up on White Blood Cells and De Stijl.
You can sign up for the package here until January 31.
