Former frontmen but not original members of The Hollies, The Sweet and 10CC have a group called Frontm3n and its coming to Melbourne’s Memo Music Hall in St Kilda.
Peter Howarth, Pete Lincoln and Mick Wilson have an all-hit setlist with band’s they have front The Hollies, 10CC and The Sweet as well as the occasional Cliff Richard tune.
Peter Howarth joined The Hollies as lead singer in 2004. He has worked with The Who and Cliff Richard. Peter also played Roy Orbison in the London production of ‘Only The Lonely’. Pete Lincoln was part of Andy Scott’s Sweet. Mick Wilson was with 10CC from 1999 to 2017 handling Eric Stewart’s vocals.
Peter, Mick and Pete met through Cliff Richard. At one point they were all part of his band. With the Richard material as well as songs from their other bands, they got to learn a lot of hits and how to do them like the record.
Frontm3n will tour Australia in November.
