Sunday February 17 will mark the 40th anniversary of The Rolling Stones concert in Melbourne, Australia at the Kooyong Tennis Centre.
To mark the occasion You Am I’s Tim Rogers and Davey Lane have put together The Monkey Men with Ash Naylor (Even), Stephen Hadley (Tex Perkins) on guitars, Matthew Cotter (Even) on drums, Bruce Haymes (Renee Geyer) on keys, Jack Howard (ex-Hunters & Collectors) and Ben Marsland on horns, and Eliza and Talei Wolfgramm on backing vocals.
The 1pm matinee show will be hosted by James ‘The Hound Dog’ Young with DJ Max Crawdaddy at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel.
