When Tom Odell comes back to Australia in December he will earn his keep with some shows for Sydney and Melbourne.
The young British singer songwriter was discovered by Lily Allen who signed him to her record label In The Name Of. Odell’s debut album ‘Long Way Down’ reached number one in the UK in June of this year.
At age 22, Odell cites his influences from days gone by with names like Elton John, Billy Joel, Tom Waits and Bob Dylan. He admits one of the first albums he ever listened to was Elton John’s ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’.
Frontier Touring have announced two dates for Tom Odell in Australia.
December 28, Melbourne, Corner Hotel
January 2, Sydney, Metro Theatre
