Rapper Tone Lōc was playing a show Saturday night in Des Moines, IA when he suddenly collapsed on stage.
According to the Mercury News, the rapper was treated for a number of minutes before the audience was asked to leave. It was not known whether he was transported to a hospital.
Tone Lōc has a history of collapsing, having done it at a L.A. Lakers game in 1995 and, once again, at a 2009 concert in Pensacola, FL where he also had a seizure. TMZ also reports that there were collapses in 2011 and June and August of 2012.
Lōc is best known for his two top ten hits Wild Thing (1988 / #2 Pop / #2 Rap / #1 R&B) and Funky Cold Medina(1989 / #3 Pop / #3 Rap / #7 R&B)
