Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga are at the top of the Billboard Albums chart with their new collaboration Cheek-to-Cheek.
For Bennett, it’s the second number 1 album of his sixty-three year recording career. In addition, he breaks his own record of being the oldest artist to hit the top spot, replacing his 2011 album Duets II. He was 85 when that went to number 1 and is 88 now.
Today, a live video was released for the track But Beautiful from an appearance in Brussels, Belgium. In addition, Bennett and Gaga will be featured on the cover of the upcoming edition of Downbeat Magazine (Gaga’s first and Bennett’s sixth appearance) and the special Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga: Cheek to Cheek Live! debuts on PBS on October 24.
