Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails has fired off his disgust at the Grammy Awards broadcast of the final song featuring Reznor, Queens Of The Stone Age and Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsay Buckingham.
While the all-star finale was being performed, the Grammy Broadcast started to roll credits and overlayed the audio of the song with a commercial.
On Twitter an angry Reznor fired off “Music’s biggest night… to be disprespected. A heartfelt FUCK YOU guys.

The finale with Reznor, Homme and Buckingham was one of the most publicised features of this year’s Grammy Awards in the lead-up to the event.
The supergroup performed Nine Inch Nails ‘Copy Of A’ and Queens of the Stone Age ‘My God Is The Sun’. The QOTSA piece ended up being used like a TV show through to commercial piece.
Trent Reznor had been a major critic of the Grammy Awards over the years. He has said it makes him “hate music”. It was a coup for the Grammy Awards to talk him into performing. It may be the last time they every get him on the show.
