Australian radio network Triple J and Mushroom Publishing CEO Ian James have been shortlisted for the International Music Awards at Musexpo.
The International Music Awards will be presented as part of the Musexpo music industry conference in Los Angeles in April.
James has been nominated for Music Publisher of the Year up against Jody Gerson from Universal Music Publishing (worldwide), Ron Perry of Songs Music Publishing (USA) and Willard Ahdritz of Kobalt Music Group (worldwide).
Triple J is up for Best Radio Station with 3FM (Holland), BBC Radio 1 (UK) and SiriusXM (USA).
The Musexpo International Music Awards will also honor the Music Industry Executive award with Irving Azoff (Azoff MSG Entertainment), Michael Rapino (Live Nation), Monte Lipman (Republic Records) and Steve Barnett (Capitol Music Group) competing for who the industry effectively says in the most powerful person in the music industry.
Voting is open for the 2nd annual International Music Industry Awards to take place during Musexpo on April 29 at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.
