Van Halen have officially signed with Interscope Records and this week had the official photo taken.

The new record will be the first with Wolfgang Van Halen as the official bass player for the band replacing founding member Michael Anthony. Wolfie is the son of Eddie Van Halen and Valerie Bertinilli and nephew of drummer Alex Van Halen.

The new Van Halen album will be the first Van Halen album since Van Halen III in 1998 featuring Extreme singer Gary Cherone as lead singer.
