Vika Bull, who floored reviewers in her stunning performance of ‘At Last The Etta James Story’, will join the cast for the return season of ‘Let’s Get It On’ in September.

‘Let’s Get It On’ tells the story of Marvin Gaye with Bert LaBonte performing the Gaye classics.

Newcomer Jude Pearl sang the female vocal roles in the original production and Vika will join the return season as special guest.

Vika Bull and her sister Linda rose to fame in Australia as members of The Black Sorrows. The sisters were the backing singers for the Black Sorrows from the fifth album ‘Hold On To Me’ in 1988. In 1994 they left to do their own thing and released their own platinum selling ‘Vika and Linda’ debut. The ‘Vika and Linda’ album featured the singles ‘When Will You Fall For Me’, ‘House of Love’ and ‘Hard Love’.

As members of The Black Sorrows, the Bull sisters most potent hit was ‘Chained To The Wheel’.

Via will also be heard soon with Joe Camilleri and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra doing the songs of Van Morrison in Here Comes The Night.
