Despite Axl not showing up, Guns N Roses still performed at their Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction.
Guns N Roses were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and the classic-era band performed three songs – ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’, ‘Mr Brownstone’ and ‘Paradise City’ – with Alter Bridge singer Myles Kennedy (who also fronts Slash’s band).
Red Hot Chili Peppers Also reunited with their former drummers Jack Irons and Cliff Martinez (but not former guitarist John Frusciante) to play three songs and The Roots, Kid Rock and Travie McCoy paid tribute to the Beastie Boys.
The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony will air in the US on May 5.
Have a look at some slightly shonky phonecam videos of the Kennedy-fronted Gunners playing below.
