For a bit of fun on Christmas Day, we thought we replay the classic Norman Gunston interview with Guns N’ Roses.
In this brilliant 1993 video taken at the Guns N’ Roses press conference Norman Gunston fronts Guns N’ Roses talks about Axl “I thought his name was hubcap”, their unusual names like Slash “you haven’t got a prostate problem have you”, if Mr Rose was sprayed for aphids when he arrived in Australia and their songs about murder, depravity, racism, drug abuse “you haven’t got one to spare have you”.
“You named the band after me didn’t you? Gunston Roses,” Norman asks before Slash and Duff fall in a screaming heap.
