In the second episode of the VOYR doco series behind Watch The Throne, Kanye and Jay-Z head back to West’s childhood home.
The VOYR website was set up to showcase the behind the scenes footage to show what went into creating the Watch The Throne album and tour.
The second five-minute episode shows West returning to his old neighbourhood, his primary school and his childhood home, as well as backstage footage, concert footage, and a meet with director Spike Lee.
He talks about drawing football players when he was five, his childhood pet dog Genius, and drops a little inspirational pep talk.
