Crowded House was inducted into the ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) Hall of Fame during the annual ARIA Awards in Sydney on Wednesday.
Neil Finn talked at length about the group, saying “It’s been 30 years, so there’s a lot of people to thank.”
Dedicating the award to their late drummer Paul Hester he said, “We wouldn’t have been anywhere near as engaging, and amusing and wonderful as we sometimes were without Paul.”
