Weezer will release their new album ‘The Black Album’ on 1 March just five weeks after their last album ‘The Teal Album’.

Teal was a covers record, Black will be a studio album of all-new Weezer songs.

Black is appropriately coloured. It is Weezer’s 13th album. Rivers Cuomo first hinted at a Black album back in 2016 when Weezer released their 10th album The White Album.

The tracklisting for The Black Album is:

Can’t Knock The Hustle
Zombie Bastards
High As A Kite
This Girl
Piece of Cake
I’m Just Being Honest
Too Many Thoughts In My Head
The Prince Who Wanted Everything
Byzantine
California Snow

Two tracks, ‘Can’t Knock The Hustle’ and ‘Zombie Bastards’ have already been released.

Weezer album “colours’ so far are Blue (1994), Green (2001), Red (2008), White (2016) and Teal (2019).

This year will be the first time Weezer have released two albums in one year.
