Whitney Houston died from a mixture of Valium, Xanax and alcohol, the coroner’s report will reveal.
Fox News obtained a preliminary report and has reported the cocktail of drugs and alcohol was the most likely cause of the death of Whitney Houston.
Final toxicology results will pinpoint the exact cause of death but the coroner confirms that the sedatives and alcohol combined is most likely the cause of death, not drowning.
Whitney Houston was found submerged in the bathtub in her suite at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, just hours before she was to perform for Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party.
The combination of the drugs and alcohol would have caused her heart to stop beating because of a supressed respiratory system.
The final report will reveal which of the drugs was the major contributor to her death.
