Amyl & The Sniffers have revealed the third album ‘Chewing Gum’ is coming on October. The album was recorded at Foo Fighters’ 606 Studios in Los Angeles and was produced by Nick Launay, whose Australian connect includes Nick Cave with The Birthday Party, Bad Seeds and Grinderman, as well as albums for The Living End, INXS and Midnight Oil.

Perry Farrell and Eric Avery of Jane’s Addiction are loving being on tour in Australia with Amyl & The Sniffers. They are huge fans.

Amyl & the Sniffers have won three ARIA Awards, One Air Award and three Music Victoria Awards but to them that’s not what its all about.

When Amyl & The Sniffers formed in the Melbourne suburb of Balaclava in 2016, they had no vision of global success. Early songs like ‘Stole My Push Bike’ and ‘Balaclava Lover Boogie’ were never conceived as songs that would be one day played in Hollywood.

Paul Kelly will once again be performing the only Christmas show that matters with the Making Gravy show returning on 9 December at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
