The Living End treated punters at Red Hot Summer Bendigo on Saturday to the world premiere of a brand new song ‘Alfie’.

Baby Animals new single, their cover of Motorhead’s ‘Ace of Spades’, had its volume turned up to 11 when Chris Cheney of The Living End joined the band to perform the song as the last one of the Red Hot Summer set in Bendigo on Saturday.

We all talk about George Thorogood but you rarely hear the names of The Destroyers mentioned. So lets mention them. Drummer Jeff Simon has been with George since the band’s inception in 1973. Bass player Billy Blough has been in The Destroyers since 1976.

The final studio work for the late Stuart ‘Chet’ Fraser of Noiseworks was captured for Horizon. The band features John Farnham band alumni Brett Garsed (guitar) and Angus Burchall (drums) with Stuart of guitar, Lee Bradshaw on vocals and Richard Panaia on bass.
