Sometime in the 90’s Neil Young was christened the Godfather of Grunge but the title really belonged to his band Crazy Horse.

Neil Young and Crazy Horse have cancelled their four upcoming North American shows citing doctor’s orders to guitarist Frank “Poncho” Sampedro.

The announcement is sort of akin to a Facebook friend posting “Well, that wasn’t good.” You know something is wrong, but you don’t know what.

The four members of Crazy Horse, Neil Young, Frank Sampedro, Ralph Molina and Billy Talbot, have signed a guitar for SLAM to auction.

The Waifs will play a stack of regional dates as they tour the country as part of the Summersalt music festival.
