Original The Jam bassist Bruce Foxton has released Smash The Clock, co-written with From The Jam band mate Russell Hastings and featuring guest appearances from Paul Weller, Wilko Johnson and Paul Jones. The album was recorded at Paul Weller’s Black Barn studios.

A reunion for The Jam is still not a possibility because of drummer Rick Buckler. Founding members Paul Weller and Bruce Foxton are great mates these days but Rick is now the one missing in action.

The From The Jam Australian tour will kick off in Australia in late January and the support acts have been announced.

In February 2013, From The Jam featuring Bruce Foxton from The Jam will tour Australia.

Ok, what can you say about The Jam that hasn’t been said, time and again, over the years. They were, and probably are, the quintessential Mod/Punk band. They were one of the greatest bands in any genre of all time.

Bruce Foxton from The Jam and from From The Jam is set to kick off dates for From The Jam tonight (November 25) in Manchester and will steer the tour through Australia in February, 2013.

From The Jam, featuring Bruce Foxton from The Jam, will return to Australia at the end of January for dates in Western Australia and the along the East Coast.
