Andrew Wishart was trumped by X-Factor winner Reece Mastin by less than 1% of the vote. Now his legion of fans finally get a debut album.
Like every act who gets to the pointy end of a talent-show, Wishart was a surprise to the judges on the X-Factor when the 40-year-old auditioned with an Adele song. But he blew them away, and kept triumphing each week until he was just pipped at the post by Reece Masti in the Grand Final.
