Chart-topping Kiwi singer-songwriter Bic Runga returns with a sultry ’60s-styled pop album Belle.
Bic Runga broke through with her single ‘Sway’ in the late-’90s and her debut Drive sold seven-times platinum in NZ. She’s topped the charts since then but had a five year break following the birth of her son.
Now she returns with the dreamy retro pop of Belle, her fourth solo album, and reveals that it’s been her most collaborative effort yet, working with Dann from Evermore and her partner Kody Nielson of indie legends The Mint Chicks and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
