Chocolate Starfish will reactive in October for a one-off Halloween show where they will perform the entire Meat Loaf classic ‘Bat Out of Hell’ from start to finish.
Chocolate Starfish formed in 1992 and by 1994 their self-titled debut album was a no. 2 album across Australia. The band also scored a national hit with their rock cover of Carly Simon’s You’re So Vain.
Two albums were released ‘Chocolate Starfish’ (1994) and ‘Box’ (1995) before the band finally broke-up in 1998.
Chocolate Starfish had reformed in 2010 and planned a third album but it wasn’t to be. Lead guitarist Zoran Romich was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and died in March 2012.
Now with guitarist Tim Henwood Chocolate Starfish will give Bat Out Of Hell fans at Halloween to remember.
Adam Thompson dropped into Noise11.com and updated Paul Cashmere on the Chocolate Starfish story.
