Canada’s dandy troubadour David Myles talks awards, proposals, bossa nova, hip-hop, and how old people relate to his quarter-life crisis.

David Myles has collected a slew of awards, worked with rappers and Brazilian musicians, won a song contest to plug his native New Brunswick, and his zippy songwriting over five studio albums runs from the happy-clappy to profound.

We talk to the eager Canadian about all of the above, plus the quarter-life crisis that spawned his International Songwriting  Competition-winning ‘When It Comes My Turn’, being a hopeless romantic, how his wife proposed to him, and more.
