Ballarat’s rock brats Hunting Grounds have grown up on their widescreen debut album In Hindsight.
They delivered ripping singles when they were called Howl and won triplej Unearthed, and just kept going as Hunting Grounds, releasing one of the songs of 2011 with ‘In Colour’. Now, upon the release of new single ‘Flaws’, the boys prepare a heady, expansive debut album In Hindsight.
We talk to them about studio antics, how new instruments completely changed their sound, growing out of buzzsaw punk songs, Julia Gillard following them on twitter, smutty YouTube comments, and more.
